All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking information provided once your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Faithfully Her Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If an issue arises during transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally. Delivery times typically range from 6–20 business days depending on your destination country's customs procedures and postal service.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

Once an order has been shipped, Faithfully Her Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, customs delays, or damaged shipments.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
